If you have an urgent request, please contact your dedicated project manager immediately via the Creative Shizzle project board. Projects must be submitted during business hours of 8 am-5 pm Eastern Time from Monday-Friday. For projects that require 24 hours, the cutoff time for project submission is Thursday at 5 pm EST to be guaranteed before Friday at 5 pm ET. After 5 pm on Thursday, projects may be provided on the next closest business day.
All times listed are estimated turnaround times and depend on the specific project, project brief, and complexity of the project request. While we try to keep the same designer assigned to your account, some turnaround times might be impacted due to the designer's workload should you request a specific designer be assigned.
