The quality of designs was inconsistent and good at best, but hardly ever great. Lack of good/timely communication was sometimes an issue, or misunderstanding the assignment and therefore multiple revisions.

Especially after learning about the level of talent the CS designers have, and then experiencing that first hand… plus great communication. We fell in love quickly.
We’ve enjoyed all of them—from social posts to PDFs and website design. But I’d say the first website design mockup we got was the most exciting because those are bigger projects and require a bit more design expertise.
It’s a bit too early for hard metrics, but the social post designs are more professional looking, the design elements in the website mockups are as well—and all of that helps with fewer revisions from our clients, which makes the projects go smoother and the client happier!
